1. Cancellation by Customer

  • 7 days or more before trip: 100% refund.
  • 3–6 days before trip: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before trip: No refund.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Us

If we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, etc.), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative trip date/time.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
